We are entirely sustained by the membership dues. Our focus is on the long-term relationships, not squeezing margins out of every cabinet or faucet you buy. That’s why we can pass along wholesale pricing instead of retail price tags. All rebates and monthly promotions go to the member not the Club. You pay what we pay and not a cent more. We receive NO kickbacks or incentives for your materials, designs, delivery or labor.

Yes, you keep your preferred contractor or designer and use your membership to source materials. They still handle design and installation; you just don’t overpay for the products themselves. We can also help you find a local contractor to bring your project to life.
