Do I need to join before I get a kitchen design?
No. We coordinate a complimentary design and quote through an independent showroom, confirming the location, designer and complimentary scope before your appointment. Join when you’re ready to buy through the club.
What does “pay what we pay” mean?
Members access our confidential supplier prices. HIBC adds no product markup; our revenue comes from membership fees. Products, taxes, freight, installation and other supplier charges are separate. We help verify product pricing.
Can my kitchen be completely customized?
Some manufacturers offer extensive customization. Start with a door style, then its available wood and finish. Choose appliances before finalizing cabinet dimensions and layout. Your designer confirms exact combinations, customization and fit.
How does the 30-day refund work?
If dissatisfied, request a full membership refund within 30 days, provided you have placed no orders. Contact [email protected]. Read membership terms.
What about installation?
Your showroom may provide a local installer list after you join. You select and contract with the installer separately; HIBC does not guarantee workmanship. Check required licensing, insurance, references and a written scope before hiring.
Can I share my confidential quote with retailers?
Member pricing is for your project and intended purchase through the club. Please keep supplier pricing confidential rather than using it to negotiate with other retailers. Ask HIBC to help with a fair like-for-like comparison.
